As novel as that may sound, that is not always the case.
Some shops lay down the law, and tell the girl what is expected of them and what they are supposed to accept as a tip if they want to work there. Bella gives the girls a lot of latitude, but that is not the case everywhere.

i can only imagine what would have happened if I gave only 100. But I wouldn't tip that low unless the service was lacking. I thought I was safe going above the advertised standard, but I was wrong. There are some good girls at 206, but they seem spoiled to me, and I'm getting tired of their avarice.

It's like the old days with Susan there and TW and the inmates were running the asylums.I may look elsewhere, perhaps even the sh#tshow at GDS or OWC. I'm looking for the grateful types. Lol.

If you are going to try GDS, I've had great success making an appointment the night before, for early the next morning. It's never a shit show when they first open. They probably have the best girls and the best service in the area, so it's going to be busy throughout the day.

I bring in a max of $200. At the outset I tip the $100. If the service was exceptional, I tip more. If she's visibly disappointed with the tip that's all she gets.

Probably about a month ago. I think it was really done to bring in the bargain shoppers that they were losing to the other spas offering 60/100. Most regulars are going to pay what they usually pay the girls. Just look at the reviews, I see very few at 60/100.

Girls are going to try to get as much as we are willing to give them. I personally feel like a shit, only tipping a girl 100, unless the service was really average. I gave a 100 to each girl recently doing a double, but that was a special situation. One of the girls was new, and the understanding initially was that she was going to be an observer. Had I known she was going to be as involved with the session, and as incredible as she was, I would have brought more. 100 was the standard there though, so no one seemed unhappy.

Look at Mako. he tipped the old standard, and it sounds like Zoe was still hoping to get more out of him.
I don't fault a girl for trying to maximize her earnings, but at some point, we just need to just smile, and tell the girl like it is.
In the current market, and for standard service, that is a good tip.

I agree. That's why I only bring $200 in with me. The market has shifted because Dream and GDS changed their model. No one's saying that you can't tip more. I just do it at the end if justified. One of two things will happen: 1) she pouts and doesn't get more, or 2) she's grateful and gets more.
