like saintshep said, “do your research” and I did. Seems this place has a wild reputation for being both Kowloon Walled City-esque and a no-go (re: bucket/sink) to be being passable and even desired. I guess I’m just wondering if it compares to your standard Elmhurst Queens Blvd basement and ANHC which is all I have exp with and don’t mind at all. I think I’m fine with the 6th if 80-100 is the range.

You should experience both. To distinguish between the two qualitatively, in words, is difficult, as what each person gets off on isn't the same. Let me (imho) opine as follows: the 6th floor are reasonably doable great-grannies and you go there for the price and the fact it is just nasty (nasty being part of the appeal for some). No frills, doing the deed, most anyway you want, NASTY.
3rd floor has easier on the eyes almost grannies that have more enthusiasm for performing the deed and are aware of nasty and contribute to it through their acting, rather than just being. There is also the possibility of a good massage, a hot double, and extended play. You pay a higher price point in return.
On balance, both provide equal value for what you spend and you will travel home having been and feeling nasty and in need of a shower. Both provide an experience that you might relate only to your best friend, though more so the 3rd and not the 6th.

No there are massages on the 6th. Actually lily gives a decent one, Tina an ok one. Pre Covid I spent an outrageous time with lily.

Also, for $200 you can still do the Lucy and Lilly doubles hour on the 3rd floor.
Not available on 6 (anymore) is the bare greek of Anna (because Anna is gone) while another granny holds and directs your dick, as reported here and on other sites. Sigh!

Pricing depends how long you been a client .I know one guy who grandfather rate is only $80 on the 3rd
