Yup, I wonder if the boss knows about this {someone should tell the boss}. This spa was great til the girls getting greedy and service goes down hill.

Lucy, who I THINK is the manager, says she already knows that the other girls' service is not what it should be. But what can you do? That's why I always go to Lucy. A little older, but with age comes maturity. I've tried some of the others in the past.
