That is definitely low class and is not something you want to see. The way drains are set up, that stuff will sit in the trap and the place will start smelling like a pussycat litterbox.
Almost all providers will pee (and hopefully do a tabo rinse) before starting a session, and I think that makes sense. No one wants to bump with a full bladder.
The hocking and coughing and spitting is pretty common, undoubtedly from the girls scarfing up a few pubes in the course of their duties. A much better remedy would be to drink a glass or two of water to wash it down; but then they'd need to pee again...
That does detract from the experience because it makes you think of them smokin' some previous guy's hairy pole - not the image you wanna carry into a session.
That said, they really classy ladies don't do any of this raunchy stuff because they know the impressions it gives.

They both laughed a little bit, but it was very pleasant having 4 hands on my sudsy body. I was not prepared it, so that's as far as it went, although both said it would be alright if I came back to settle up. They trusted me. Had a similar experience this summer. Was on the receiving end of a life altering job during TS and a coworker comes in and start sudsing-up next me and says "have you thought about two"? I damned near fell out of "position" while reaching and grabbing... and yes, they showed me to the promise land that day.
