Never understood what all the fuss was over this place. When I checked it out the girls seemed to be all average looks and from what I’m reading very limited. Many other places around with better in both categories.

It definitely 'is what it is', and that may or may not align with what any one individual wants, but I agree with NJN that BCT usually succeeds at doing what they are aiming to provide. In addition, I know Mandy has always been very kind to me, and I believe she genuinely cares about their customers and does a good job at keeping things up to their standards. I hope to get there soon to meet some of the new team.
