60 HF, but I get your point. I appreciate what they do and the time and attention they give, and I respect what they do. So, I tip what I feel comfortable giving in return.

You could be right, supply and demand usually dictates prices, though. So, if it does go up, then that means a lot of mongers are tipping more. I only go to a specific place once every four months, at best, so I hardly think I am changing the market dynamic.
I guess you want mr to tip less. I will consider doing that for your benefit.
