I have been thinking more about expectations. With places in passaic, I have been B&S, shorted time, told to wait, huge YMMV which is a bummer for me when i have high hopes. Only been here once, but based on my one experience...you go in knowing what to get and it will be delivered with "service with a smile".
I forgot to mention..a couple of times I called during open hours and got no answer. I thought maybe they were closed. But no i'm thinking that if the providers are busy, the don't answer the phone..well...because they are busy. Which is great for the customer..how many times has your session been interrupted by a phone call or something. I'd doubt that would happen here.
