I've been to Blue Moon many times and the house fee is always collected before anything starts .This is done by all the ladies .and is customary at this place .Maybe they have a reason for this ,maybe they were burned in the past.

I have no issue paying he house fee up front, but don’t ask for the tip..and talk non stop about it, not for a HJ
