Blue wave is in a free fall, but as long as they have customers, they will not change their business practices. Same thing I will say about zen, once it was very good, but they became very greedy, asking New York, high end donations for old and ugly providers. Only because some idiots keep paying what they ask for. One time one Fugly asked me 2.4 and , I have to tell her what is she really worth in Delaware market. Bait and switch is practiced every day at Blue wave, any doubt ask for a random name and they will say she is there . And if you look at the reviews and ask for that well reviewed person, every one in that spa will say it is her . Really a no win situation. I made appointment with Emily and two different occasions two different providers claimed they are Emily . I knew Emily for a couple of years now and I will tell , you are not Emily and they will laugh it off.

Just make a name up “sally” and I guarantee you they will say she’s there and to come on down she’s waiting for you the bait and switch is real! It’s good to know how your provider looks at least so if they attemp a bait and switch you can calmly refuse and walk out and save your money, it’s what I did.
