Anna is horrible. Decent massage, but no ST is a deal breaker for me. And yes, she is a jackhammer and fails to follow directions. The only way around that is to go for a 30 minute massage and say "soft". That seems to work with her. That being said, 2x with her and I will never see her again. It's a shame, this place was my go to before 2020 (3-4 times a month) and now it's not even thought of anymore when I went to go.
