If you don't get along with a particular provider, just demand the other one. Calling ahead and making an appointment with a specific provider usually works. That being said, the second provider is Ariana (previously known as Sunny from Jan/Feb 2020).

thanks but i did call ahead as my review states. I requested mina and specifically said on the phone "not nina, mina" and she confirmed but ended up with nina. I got along fine with nina and didn't mind having her a second time as i also stated. What ticked me off is that I handed her oneeightzero (house and tip) and instead of checking it she simply put out her other hand asking for more without even knowing what she received. I could of handed her a weeks worth of appointments and she still would have put her hand out asking for more. maybe I didn't describe the encounter/situation well but it is what it is.

Oops, I apologize for my blindness. You described it well, I just misread the review. It sucks that this place switches providers around the start of each month.

I’ve made many requests for specific providers and was nearly always given the next person up. If I then asked for the requested lady, she was always “busy”. I realized I’m not able to change their system so now I receive a surprise upon entry.
