That was a bad spa day!
What time of day was it?
Many times, visiting a one-woman shop can be a recipe for disaster.
Business is probably way up there with the spate of good reviews of Amy.

I had a similar experience at Happy Spa in Philipsburg (NJ) last Summer. Had called up to make an appt with an ATF, gal on the phone said c'mon in, arrived on time and found two other cars already in the lot, no ATF, and a largish woman squeezed into a too-small fancy acrobat outfit who met me at the door. She brought me in and parked me in a room, then left to care for her other valued customers. I considered my options for about 10 minutes, then just got up and left.

It was around 11:30 am- so much for a relaxing experience- I was anything but ‘calm’ when I left
