Dude you've been a monger for awhile. Never ask for a specific provider, just ask who the providers working that day. They will always say yes the provider you ask for is there just to get you into their door.

Yup happened to me at Hawaii as well too asking for a specific provider before, they will always say yes and then when you go theyll tell you like they are off that day lol
