Seems Rina is become quite the star, and difficult to book. I haven't tried yet but she's definitely on my hit list. Will keep your advice in mind to get multiple confirmations of the appointment. A shame that is even necessary, but it is what it is I guess.

Good choice on your equipment. Nice there is a teso life in ktown. That sucks she is only around until October. Hopefully she extends. I would think she would come back because she gets all the business she wants.
Usually I book her before noon then send one confirmation text at like 2 or 3 pm. This makes them check that it was written down. Never got double booked using this method. Yeah it is another 5 seconds for peace of mind.
