They have an upstairs for that. Although it's still unclear if it's available to every single guy who walks in. I think you have to be a regular or at least known to the bartenders.
I been saying it from the beginning, clancys is about getting a number for OTC. You're not going there to go inside that small lapdance room to get rubbed on.

Best advice i can give is show up an hour before the shift change or an hour before they close. Almost all of these girls carpool back to newark so if you have a good talking game, you can just take her away when her shift is over and bring her somewhere nearby. You can't just show up and take a girl right then and there. They have to work their shift.
Lap dance room is just a standard lap dance room in the back. It can get crowded back there depending on when you go. My suggestion is just skip it and just work out a deal with the girl at the bar. Buy her drinks and work a deal. If it's dead in the place, then you can spend a couple of dances in the back to show you're not cheap. This is where you can size her up to see if you really want to work something up for outside. Upstairs from what i know isn't offered to everyone. But it is there for a reason.
