I wanna say 3 am is closing at least from previous experiences.

There are posted signs on the right side of the building for parking and then you have to go through the front entrance up the stairs. Front entrance is in between a mechanic shop and body shop. Everyone stares while you make your way through the door

thanks , googled it and thats what it looked like . Sounds almost as bad as Queens.

Queens is worse in the inside waiting area. After 6pm the mechanics and shops are close at Hudson and old river rd is very quiet, unlike route5 and queens

Yeah I stopped in a few times walked out on several occasions parking can be difficult at times I'd probably say your best bet is to go in the afternoon the restaurant next door gets to be busy at night and hard to find parking close by the times I called they said 24hrs. Not sure how many girls are always working through out the day

If you park right in front in the evening the spaces are reserved for the spa and I've never been bothered or had a problem.
