The head super in the building is basically the boss of the maintenance workers. You don't think he has to go to the other offices? Even so who cares what she does or doesn't do with him.

Shes still in business isn't she? Obviously she don't love y'all more special than than the next guy with declining service and upping charges.

I agree don't think this matters at all. And on an anonymous forum everything gets a grain of salt.

Taking a quick little step back I would just say, if the place is keeping safe in one way or another, that's a plus. If not, that's a minus. And of course, reliable service is our top priority on the board most of the time.
