She's a one-woman show. Always best to make an appointment. She'd appreciate it too although earlier in the week an appointment ghosted her and she let a walk-in leave.

Always best to make an appointment wherever/whenever you go. If you're going to be a no-show, at least call her to cancel. That way she doesn't turn down other appointments or walk-ins.

If Ruby knows she has someone coming in, she does turn away walk-ins.
