I saw the pic and it looks just like her but with a filter. They probably added the filter to mask the fact she moved to that specific location, but I can’t verify it’s actually her.

I think that is terrible to let go a girl because she had a bad review . Very bad management with on attitude like that eventually will catch up to them . And they deserve it .

Quality control. She did not base her decision on one review, but the reaction and comments from leaving customers. This is smart management. Otherwise the place turns to shit quickly. Everyone knows the expectations and if they are not met, you get fired. It is about customer service.
