I’ve never been to lear but I just got verified and I’m looking to book. Are their prices all in? Or is there an expectation for tips on top of the house fees? Just wondering so I can plan accordingly. Thanks!!

Tipping is optional. My experience is you get everything included although with some girls it might depend. Some might not do DFK or BBBJ although that’s rare. Greek is usually always extra.

All in. If you get great service, by all means, tip the girl. Or if you ask for and get more than bbbj and a GFE. Otherwise, “no need to tip” has been my experience.

I don't know if they are 100% free to call their own rates. They don't keep all that $. Jay runs the show. Don't think he'll tie up a room for a girl that's not getting any business because she insists she's a $600 experience and ends up getting no one. Nor does he want to discount her because he gets his cut. Essentially they work for Jay.

As far as I know they pay “rent” which includes Jay doing the website and “advertising”
They call they own rates.

I think there are limits to what they can charge. Depends on if Jay thinks that they can get that price. Notice that the initial prices were lowered for a lot of the Latin girls. Probably because there were so many to choose from, and they were all essentially the same type. Whereas someone like Avah Rose can ask for the highest rate, because she’s a little young White Trash Blonde girl, and guys are willing to pay premium for that. Or the Asian girls who passed through recently- they were like the elusive unicorn in the sex biz - Asian girls who speak perfect English. So again, enough dudes were willing to pay their higher rates

You’re right about that. Latina girls at Lear are essentially all the same: fake everything, can’t speak English, and provide lousy service. They are the real trash.

The elusive white “trash” girls at least provide decent service and you can communicate with them. Plus they have better attitude!
