I've been wanting to get into the NY Amp scene as it's closer to me than Philly. Wonder if I can reach out to MG and use Mira as a reference since I just saw her 2 days ago. Even if it takes a face pic text so management can confirm with her.

WTF this girl looks almost perfect in a couple of her pictures and heard she's not far off from the pictures and she's gone already. I know LF reads this, get your girls to stay! It's musical chairs now getting ridiculous. Disappointed, well Shinys back atleast!

It's the girls decision. If she feels she is not making enough money she will move on. All about the $. Went back to NYC agency from which she came.

I agree it's the dirls decision most of the time, there have been girls cut for not being good enough but like Bigrichie said she was supposed to stay another 10 days and hoped there wasn't a disagreement with management(LF). If the service is the same, "not enough money" means business management and customer flow is not good. EPM used to have girls stay for atleast a month minimum. But I have heard they are slow these days so I can understand that. Just was frustrated because I was planning on seeing Mira because a friend say her last Monday and was told she was staying until the end of the month.

I think a month would be a long stay at EPM. Based on the turn over I see on their website it seems that 2 to 3 weeks is more of the average.

I have changed a lot over the past three years on this. I never made appointments and never tried to repeat with a previous provider. Now, I'm all about trying to make a connection and repeat often if I feel some connection. I know the connection is mostly made up but I do think that the girls prefer repeats, at least the ones who treat them well (including financially). And the sessions very often get better as I repeat.

It's the hardest issue about going to EPM. I love the girls that come through here but making a connection with them is very hard because they don't stay long. Also seeing them means you have to give up seeing one of you regular girls. I have several girls I repeat with some of them I have known for three years or more. A recent favorite left but I have already filled the gap with another girl that I hope stay in Philly for awhile. As Hazy says developing a rapport with a girl is much better than a "one time thank you mam". And sometimes things go to a next level.

^ Perhaps these girls feels like they don't get enough customers. And they want to try elsewhere. Just as Jamie / Heju feels like She gets more customers in Philadelphia then in New York.
