Very confusing post. You're really going to freak a ton of guys out here with this. I think you're trying to be funny but it is extremely confusing. You're saying everything without saying anything.
Why don't you, if you have a confirmation from a doctor that you caught something, then post it. If you're having flash backs from something and someone else, that is fine but not sure why you're suggesting/implying Shelly has something? You said she was nice and you had a good time. I mean the poor gal might as well book an airline ticket and fly home. You're costing her most likely a whole lot of money.
Again, if you have rock solid evidence that you have a confirmed test or you know for sure. I made a bad decision once about 15 years ago, when and got tested and everything was fine. It was before there were boards like this out there.
No one has a gun to anyones head (or heads...haha!) We're all adults here capable of making our own decisions. Also there is a reason you wear a cover. If you want to cover (so to speak) yourself or if you want to be more adventurous, the choice is up to you. I actually feel kind of safer when you have to pay an extra Ben for a gal that is already charging a higher fee isn't going to get the same kind of risky guys that a $100 STG gals will get that could be IV drug users at some point in their lives.
