Big fan of biz model of taking over an existing legit spa and facilities.
I'm assuming you meant 1.2 tip for damages. Very nice using pre-inflation costs.

What was the level of interruptions? Is the girl answering phones and yelling at the door?

This use to be my go to spot when Chanel was there. Good rapport with mamasan and she didnt mind giving me the lineup whenever I got there. Had to turn around and head out many times. There was a time where 3-4 spots in SR had top notch talent in terms of amps

Did you have to make an appointment or were you able to walk-in? 2.6 is about AAMP price so how does the talent compare?

I've had this place bookmarked on the Rubbing site and they listed some pretty cheap prices for FS...that and the young talent has me interested.

walk-ins are ok but better talent maybe busy if you want someone specific appointment is a better option
talent is a hit miss but when it's hit i had some delightful experiences
Eva is very much a hit so definitely would recommend and repeat
prices are usually much less it's .4hhr .6hr house fee and tip from 1.2 to 2 for FS other options also available
just to clarify I left tip of 2 for Eva cause I liked her looks and service but I'm sure smaller tip would be fine

Did you walk in yourself and what time did you go?

Got it, I also tip extra if I liked the girls/service too but just wanted to confirm the base prices. I try to stay around 2.0-2.2 total for AMPs.
