Asians dont tip! Only Americans tip! They look at us as walking ATM!

Tips after good service is ok but theres no incentive when you tip upfront. Walking out is the best way to deal with that type. No amount of money is never enough!

I'm only quoting what an Asian ( chinese) chick told me. I figure she knows her people better than me who am I to dispute it.

But as well it can be something a bit newer in Asia( china)or it could be that they adapted the custom here. I dont know.

It's been discussed before. Asians don't tip as a cultural thing in Asia. But here in the US, that's not the cultural norm, and the providers learn quickly to expect tips. As such, Asian customers here in the US tip.

It's hard not to take to free money for the same quantity of service.

What gets me is that
1) many ask for a tip before anything starts ( they may totally lack understanding of the concept being based on performance)
2) many provider give sub par service and still want a tip.

It's not just you. Both are examples of how not to behave based on our tipped based norm.

I never típ beforehand anywhere outside of Manhattan. There it's all in Gfe, you tip upfront at some places. But the típ is based on services. Other places in Manhattan are all inclusive.

Places like Flushing and Sunset Park. I do give more for up charges in sunset it was $20 Xtra for bbbj. However tipping up front for no reason. Nah and if she annoys me I walk with the quickness.

But, some guys dont know what good service is, their just so excited that a girl touched them that they think that was great service.

I hear you but I'm not talking about the "special service" or sex tip in places where you pay the house fee separate but rather the "appreciation tip" that is given for services well done. This is more common to the 40th roads and the 80s where sex or jiggy jiggy is the massage at an established negotiable price.

There's no fix for this problem except to let them know which providers are the ones to go to for good service. And they'll usually find that these providers won't ask for tips upfront, and know their performance determines their tips. Much inline with tipping based on performance in our previous discussion. Providers that does the two things you mentioned in post #9 either learn quickly, or won't get much repeat business.

I contacted an indy I was interested in. At one point, I verified with her the posted rate, and she replies, "Plus tips." I never answered her after that. She's already asking for tips and I'm not even in the door yet, I can already tell what kind of session that would have been.
