I would suspect nothing would keep someone from doing that... with VPNs and multiple devices and offshore email accounts. Hopefully he doesn’t know those things though. LE can be pretty stupid sometimes.

Without going into a lot of detail, Charles Glenn was a suburban Philly monger who caused problems with several very well liked suburban providers and their respective establishments. He also threatened to go to LE to help them close certain spas and arrest their providers. A real piece of shit!
