I’ve never been to GDS and have been out of the game for a bit; but this place sounds a little too good to be true - with 1.6 all in? This is also close to home…. Perhaps too close. With all the publicity- wonder if LE will give it attention like in Edison

Funniest thing btw- last time I went to GDS, I noticed a big plaque on the wall at the entrance from the East Brunswick Police Department thanking the establishment for being “top contributors” to the police donation fund xD no wonder they don’t have to worry about raids ever…

Not sure if its just GDS... looks like many amps in cnj are getting good talents and nnj is crapping out.
