FYI, it was $60 for the hour, all in all I was there about 45 minutes. She wanted $100 for topless and we negotiated to $80 because I thought that the menu was going to be more open. She took the $80, only pulled her shirt up but wouldn't take it off. Shut down all of my other advances and made me settle for an uninspired HJ. I'm a veteran at mongering and haven't had this kind of issue before at a well reviewed place. Maybe she just wasn't having a very good day or just wasn't into me. I don't know. YMMV.
