It could be his accent SHE didn't understand. There are alot of the Asian girls that use it now. I speak Mandarin, and even my sucky Mandarin is misunderstood. So they break it out to make sure they understand what I am saying. American accents for Asians are tough. If this guy sounds like a New Yawka or from Basstin with his wicked hot lobstah, then she won't understand his English.

I see her weekly for like 2 years always chat in English I understand her she understands me . To each it’s own
