Considering the spa, and the talent that passes thru here, even if this was the first review, there are enough customers that know this is a good spa. One mongers review isn’t the deciding factor for the rest of us. I’ve seen many that had bad reviews and had a great time.
Even if reviews are totally 100% objective, they are objective from the writers experience and perspective, which invariably have limits. When visiting a spa and a specific provider think of all the variables that influence her and your time together. Some of which you may not even be aware of but can play a big part. I’ve found the biggest issue I have, even when visiting someone I’ve seen many times is the need to expect the unexpected and be flexible. Within reason of course. B&S and not honoring an appointment are two things I still have a difficult time with. Fortunately, neither have happened in a long time.
