Always have a backup or two if you’re driving that far. I wouldn’t give them my business any longer. You should also relay that message to the MMS.

I had the same thing happen to me. When I went to leave they were really aggressive about not letting me leave too. I'd never go back after that.

Why are you driving so far for Hawaii with the other options available? Serious question.

To address the drive, and walk-in situation: after going there for over a year, 4-5 times per month, I’ve developed a rapport with 2 of the “attendants “ who know what I like and I always have a good session. As per the drive, it’s 30-45 minutes minimum from where I live in Bergen County to get to any facility…..

M u m b l e s, Rusty is 100% right. I have been at this a very long time too. I wouldn't give them my business anymore also. I look at it like going to my favorite restaurant. Every time I go service and food are good but one time it's really bad I chalk it up to maybe the chef having a bad day. And I go back but the second time is just as bad as the last time. That's when I don't go back again... I look for another restaurant of my liking. We all work too hard for our money to be treated with poor service.
