Uh, yeah I know..but I paid for an hour for the HF, but only got 30 mins bc she was double-booked. Ergo asking her to take some money back from the HF.

No, an hour means an hour at every place. If you or other mongers are willing to be pushed around and ripped off, that's on you. But if I pay for an hour, I'm getting an hour. Don't want to do a second pop? Fine, then rub my feet, or scratch my head or tickle my balls. I don't care - but if I paid for an hour, I'm getting each of my 60 minutes.
