Wow. Sorry you had to experience that. Thanks for giving us the heads up. I would avoid the northeast completely. I've never read any good reviews about any place in the northeast. You might get lucky with an independent in that area of the city, but personally I would stay away. Center City and the suburbs are sure bets...most of the time.
