Her rate for 1 hour is the 140. In my recent experience, 60 tp 70 HF, then 100+ for FS. I was laying out 200 for a TS+Massage+FS on Staten Island at Hylan Basement. (worth it too).
So for me, 140 is a bargain.

Update for Luba - This was my 4th visit. Still only $140 for the session. But a new wrinkle to the tale. I happen to be attending PT for a bum leg. I wrangled a Letter of Medical Necessity from my PCP, and with that, along with a properly medically coded invoice, was able to obtain reimbursement from my FSA account.
Luba legitimately worked on my hip and leg for an additional 1/2 hour after a VERY relaxing full back massage. As has been reported elsewhere, she really enjoys fondling and teasing. Her attention to my root while on my stomach was amazing. After the flip, she allowed me to suckle her ample breast during the HJ HE.
She has become a favorite.
