I don't think that's accurate. 20+ dudes a day means shes working 24 hours

You have a debatable point. I do believe it - assuming the information is actually from Jenny, just because I believe her. And the volume in this place. I would also say 15 or 16 hours. Having waited in line for her, and in my own experience, she does not give everyone a full hour. For me this is fine, I have never felt rushed and she spends time talking after. I have not spent much time in NJ but this is one of the only places I have been that doesn't ask "how long?" when you are taken back to the room.
