I don't have recent experience in Vancouver, but it's less than Toronto with it's larger population. You should check out perb.cc Evidently it depends on city legal and cultural climate. City can license them, but lots of unlicensed exist.

Vancouver and suburbs have had illegal full service massage parlors for decades.

Imo air fare to Toronto or Montreal is not much more than Vancouver. The strip club scene is better in Toronto and Montreal. Quebec white strippers and working girls are better. Something about the different French culture makes it more OK for young, good looking women to do this work, like part time. Less cultural stigma, I think.

In Toronto it's terb.cc and Montreal merb.cc
