When you say she is service oriented, what does that mean exactly? That in the long run, it's just a job for her and it shows? I must be misunderstanding it because you otherwise say how great she is. I think she looks great too.

You can ask her to tailor session per your needs, she seemed cool with that. Better to discuss your likes upfront and she seemed quite friendly and flexible and eager to please.
