its the chinese agencies normal routine (i think kgirl agency does that too and some indie provider), they put some listerine (the blue color one) in a recycle cup for you to clean your mouth before the shower routine. The provider do that with you, and they said "cheers" as playful sort....hence "the blue toast", hope that explains it.

I was hung up on "toast" like toasted bread...I'm a little slow in the morning.
