Hey Dartspool - I fell your pain too !!
Same thing happened to me couple visits ago and I absolutely took her off my list.
On a lighter note : on my last visit there with Helen a female checked in the next room. She loudly complained about the towel being too small and said she was putting on the robe. Both Helen and I quietly had a good chuckle about that. No idea who was her attendant and silent after that

One day I walked in behind three stocky business woman around lunch time, luckily Amy came out and saw me behind them and quickly ushered me around them. They started squawking and she told them I had an appointment which I didn't. Definitely a good day. As for all these ladies 7 days a week 12 to 14 hours a day months on end I'm sure we would all be a little burnt out too...

I guess this is a true example of YMMV because Linda is the only one I see here. Not to say I don’t enjoy the other ladies. Just that Linda always tends to my specific needs every time. Top notch service. In all my years in the hobby, I’ve finally found someone that scratches my itch. Fingers crossed that this continues.
