Interesting and out-of-the-ordinary review for Linda!
Given that we're all humans and we all have our "off days" ~ my best guess is that either Linda and/or Jc882 were being challenged with one of those days?

I spoke with a couple people who have had similar experiences with Linda.

imo I think she was not comfortable at the time. No idea why, but that's what I believe caused her to not bring out the twins. One guy I spoke with said that she flat out refused to do it, but when he came back two more times she was more "comfortable" with him and brought them out every encounter afterwards.

I don't know if this is helpful information for you. I hope it gives you perspective.

No idea. It's also up to the provider, so if she doesn't feel comfortable then she may not open up options to people.

I know she typically tries to assess the generosity of the anticipated tip around the time of the flip so if that happened and $40 was discussed at that point, guessing that could have been a mood dampener

I've had several sessions with Linda over the past three years.
NOTE: I believe the wisdom Joseph shared above is right on target.
I think I also tipped Linda $40 or $50 at the end of our first session.
She accepted my tip with grace but I could see she was not not thrilled with it.
Her bra never got unhooked but she allowed free range roaming top and bottom to my heart's content during that first session.
From her allowing my extreme roaming I knew there was more next time.

More about Linda:
Her command of our American English is very good if not excellent!
Linda is a Beacon of Light ... is my experience, absolutely!
Not a big deal, but Linda has never asked me to pya the house fee until the end.
Linda has never tried any negoation on the tip!

For me, Linda always has a big beautiful smile that will light up any room and seeing her with a glass half-full attitude, partially because of her loving and caring vibe and that smile and those most beautiful D-cups always in full view, well, there's no room for me to see anything negative with her physical appearance!
Beauty is always in the eye of the beholder ~we all know that

About the flowers, I've learned the benefit of arriving for a first time/new-to-me provider session with some fresh cut flowers in a water-filled vase.
It's cheap and easy and always helps get the first session off to positive start.
I get them at my local ACME.
I pick a nice bunch from their bottom feeder offerings which are only $5 bucks.
I usually buy two different bunches that will look nice when blended together.
I blend half of each bunch (one vase of flowers for the provider and the second for my home) in a tall thin clear glass vase I get at the Dollar store.
With Linda, I always arrive with those flowers and she instantly lights up like a Christmas tree, given her Attitude of Gratitude which is part who she is.
For Jc882, if you find yourself in the mood to give Linda another opportunity to win you over ... I predict your second session will be quite different than your first!
