That’s my biggest complaint about GGT; they don’t honor appointments.
They always say “yes, she’s available” for whatever time they ask, but you can tell they aren’t writing anything down or checking a book.
Last time I was there, I could hear another customer arguing with my attendant “but I made an appointment”.
But I digress. Good review.
