With the way the cops in Fairfield frown upon these activities, this place is probably being extra careful.

Agreed. But, LE will close the place down for just a HE. I was having lunch at Jose Tejas one day and saw two cop cars moving pretty quickly in the driveway heading towards the back. Turns out they made a bust of a couple of women at the La Quinta. UGH!

And, Fairfield PD just loves the publicity. When they bust the place, it will be all over the news. They see it as a deterrent (and, for what it is worth, I think that they are right).
