If you want to stay in the burbs it's not a bad choice. Happy is very pleasant but not particularly engaging or energetic. Can't speak for the other options there. Hand Healing is better in my opinion for about the same $. Can't top Sky right now out here. Cheaper and better options in Chinatown.
