It happened to be too, before and after Covid19. Both times I asked for Chloe but I ended up the new girl. It’s not their fault, client showed up late and the other client decided to extend to 2 hours session.

@OP - you gotta schedule an appointment at least several hours in advance. Calling with under and hour until showtime is a gamble. They have to accommodate as best they can.

Yes, I got this treatment, but to be honest I was a bit late, even though I did tell them I was running a bit late (meaning I did call them to let them know I was running a bit late and they could have mentioned Bella wasn't available anymore). In any case, I might still end up giving them another try because I've only tried going there once.
