Too many factors, you have to be able to read them, do they look like they are working girls in their home country or they just doing here to make money while they are touristing? so they can do shopping. I find those more enthusiastic because they haven’t experience the assholes we can be yet. In their minds they are servicing business men from nyc, educated and looking for an adventure! It gives them confidence at the same time, knowing they could get one of us.

We have class, money and manners, we just want to be animals in bed while we have them and give us the best service so they can come again and make money next time they visit. We are above any men they have met in their home country so they already fantasizing before meeting us. IMO
