I definitely agree. The fact that they didn't call makes me suspect that Lisa might have left or she was sick and they tried to B&S.

These places only have a very small amount of day before booked appointments, its not hard. Separates the good from the bad. Eventualy people will learn that if u do B&S u may not get repeat customers.

I think priority #1 is getting you in the door, and they kinda try to keep apts when it works. I suggest calling the same day.
