And another thing, generally when they give you a cream pie on your first session could only mean 2 things;
One is that she really liked you and she was horny.
Second is that she was a little crazy.
Either way you should have got her number.

Its highly against the rules at OE for the girls to exchange numbers with the clients. I was told first hand that thats why they aren’t allowed to have their cell phones with them also. I was also told its 100% at will employment, they can come and go as they please, they just have to follow the rules to be welcomed back. The theory behind it is that they dont want to lose regular customers. At the end of the day, its all about the money.

Well, if something like not allowing phone number exchange with customers is forbidden, what other strict rules must OE have? It doesn't seem like a good culture is being created. If I was a girl working there, I'd be exploring other places to work. How are they going lose customers because where they go when they leave is usually quite far away?

Other mongers, correct me if in wrong, but OE seems that have a roster of regular talent that rotates through. They leave, but id say 4/5 always come back for another stint. Its a high volume shop, and from what the girls have told me they want to work here because of how lucrative it is on their end. I said it before, and ill say it again, for them it is all about the money. If it was a poor culture/working environment, why do they stay for months at a time and keep coming back? Its a job, not a dating service lol

I've been a regular at this spa for years and there are the girls that stay for months then go for a while then return for another long stint. Other popular girls are here for a while then leave and never seem to return. I just think it's all a matter of what they prefer also. May not like the area or working conditions. This spa does have longer hours than I've ever seen anywhere else. I've asked some girls how they like it here and most won't really say too much. Q was going to be popular. She was going to be my next session but apparently it wasn't for her. But there's always the old favorites and the new girl to look forward to. Hopefully June will return. She was amazing also.
