I asked once a Chinese MMS and she replied that it is because guys here don't like seeing or bumping into other guys, it's a men's privacy thing according to her, since some of them are married or attached so they avoid "witnesses".

Yeah I get that part. But this place doesn't adhere to that, and I wondered if it had to do with them being Chinese rather than Korean.
