Actually this morning I took the advice of a fellow monger that told me that Helen is the same Helen that was working in warminster. So I called and made the appointment and it turns out that it is not the same woman. Collegeville Helen is even skinnier than warminster Helen. Her massage is okay but not as good as warminster. And the finish is not even close. I could overhear at least three other people getting their massages and I could hear the timers go off and I could hear them ask the people to extend the time and then I heard the beeps programming in additional time into the timer. Same old b******* at that place. I looked up at the clock and I had 15 minutes left so I told Helen I'm only here for 1 hour so let's turn over. She went and got the hot towel and things finished up on time or she would have tried to rook me for the extra 30 minutes. I'm not playing that game. A note to other people at this location, shut the hell up and stop talking so loud discussing every little detail of your massage before you lay out the money.

Dude, I heard you ask if she was Helen. And I heard the other guy who wanted a 20 minute foot massage and a ts after. I was quiet as a mouse. Lol

This was my second visit to this location and my impression is that this building seems to be like an echo chamber. The facility in warminster you rarely hear other things going on. Seems like they could space the people out a little bit more also instead of having people right next to one another in the front of the building.. I know it's difficult when the walls don't go all the way to the ceiling but they've managed to control the noise more in the warminster facility I think with the speaker system it also helps.
