There are a couple names I have on my bucket list at the 785/Gold combo, but I've come to terms that those sessions will have to happen in 2022. Way too much traffic at these locations for me to actually enjoy the full experience.

i'm a regular as you know but last two times I've called both locations were too busy, the booker said. I know it might be too busy for my 4 hand sessions a lot of the time, but there weren't even any providers available so I didn't even bother...

BTW - There are non-busy times, if your schedule can accommodate them. You can use Google to see what their busy times are. It claims to be real-time, or you can call them and ask if they're busy. Don't just book the appointment. Ask them when they're busy.

I made sure I went on a non busy time, Made the appointment. Whole nine yards. Still reservation was promised but denied
