You know the house fee is a standard business transaction for an advertised service. There is nothing "shady" about that. Every massage spa, therapeutic or not freely advertisizes their rates. Most massage spas use the standard $60. for 60 minutes. Now what you pay for "exceptional, above the norm" service should be between you and the provider and yes, anyone interested should private message you to see what exceptional service you received warranting your tip given. Just my two cents. Happy mongering !
